Patrick T Jenkinson<\/strong> was born in 1983 under a leaden December sky, to the strains of the Flying Pickets, blissfully unaware of the Thatcherite ravaging befouling his birthplace of Blackburn, and hometown of Accrington (Stanley? Who are they? etc etc). His future wife was born two days later in the same building, but he wasn\u2019t aware of this either.<\/p>

His earliest experience of music was listening to family and friends in various folk clubs and festivals, usually trying to secure a second bag of crisps. He took piano lessons as a child and eventually moved to guitar and bass in his teens, the former instrument having been essentially stirred into his blood vessels by his father. He played alongside his father in Tinker Delta and later with the Dirty Hands and Dirty Hearts Club where he honed his songwriting. He later played in duos with Beth Solazzo and Nick Pamphlett.<\/p>

He drifted away from music in 2019 and moved to Preston, where his son was born in 2020. In 2022 his wife joined the two-million broken souls in the UK to be suffered from long covid. Forced into a caring role, and with little free time, he began to experiment with making tracks on an iPad. A very slow process but in 2025, Patrick T Jenkinson was ready to return to music. His first solo offering, No Mean Feat<\/strong> was released in August. A follow up, Apocalypse, <\/strong> will land in September. A debut album, Autofiction<\/strong>, is due later in Autumn.<\/p>
